Mallee Smoking Sawdust
Mallee Wood Smoking Sawdust is ideal for use in a fish smoker. Burning with less intensity than chips or chunks, Mallee Wood Smoking Sawdust provides a flavoursome addition to a range of meats including fish, meat and poultry.
Smoking Sawdust burns slower however provides less heat than standard smoking chips meaning for a stronger flavour or higher heat it will need to be replenished more often.
