You should assume that everything you see or read on the Site is the subject of copyright unless otherwise noted and may not be used except as provided in these terms and conditions or in the text on the Site without the written permission of Oasis Outdoor Living. Oasis Outdoor Living neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on the Site will not infringe the rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with Oasis Outdoor Living.

While Oasis Outdoor Living uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, Oasis Outdoor Living makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Oasis Outdoor Living assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site. Changes may be periodically made to these web pages and these changes may be incorporated without notice.

 

  1. Disclaimer and Liability

Your use and browsing of the Site is at your risk. Neither Oasis Outdoor Living nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Site. If any condition or warranty is implied into these Terms and Conditions under any applicable law, and cannot be excluded, Oasis Outdoor Living’s liability for breach of the condition or warranty will be limited to one or more of the following as determined by Oasis Outdoor Living in its absolute discretion: in the case of goods, the replacement or repair of the goods or payment of the cost of the replacement or repair of the goods; or in the case of service, the resupply or payment of the cost of resupplying the services. Oasis Outdoor Living also assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or any other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the Site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio from the Site.

 

  1. Comments, communications, and other content

Anything you transmit or post may be used, without compensation to you, by Oasis Outdoor Living or its affiliates for any purpose, including but not limited to reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast, and posting. Furthermore, Oasis Outdoor Living is free to use, without compensation to you, any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication you send to the Site for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing manufacturing, and marketing products using such information.

Images of people or places displayed on the Site are either the property of, or used with permission by, Oasis Outdoor Living. The use of these images by you, or anyone else authorised by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions or specific permission provided elsewhere on the Site. Any unauthorised use of the images may violate copyright, trademark, privacy and communications laws.

The trade marks and logos (collectively the “Trade Marks”) displayed on the site, including those listed below, are registered and unregistered trade marks of Oasis Outdoor Living and others. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any licence or right to use any Trade Mark displayed on the Site without the written permission of Oasis Outdoor Living or such third party that may own the Trade Marks displayed on the Site. Your misuse of the Trade Marks displayed on the Site, or any other content on the site, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that Oasis Outdoor Living will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution.

 

  1. Other Sites

Oasis Outdoor Living has not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Site and is not responsible for the contents of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to the Site. Your linking to any other off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk.

 

  1. Content Liability

Although Oasis Outdoor Living may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and the like on the Site, Oasis Outdoor Living is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations, nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contained within such locations on the Site. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Oasis Outdoor Living may at any time either amend or remove any posting by you onto the Site. Oasis Outdoor Living will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Oasis Outdoor Living to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.

 

  1. Competitions and Prizes

All Oasis Outdoor Living competitions are run for local residents only and entrants must reside within the Perth area to claim prize. If after 3 days of announcing the winner and notifying them via the email and/or mobile number the entrant provided the prize has not been claimed, then it will be redrawn. All prizes must be claimed from our Midland or Nedlands store. Any offer advertised on this website cannot be used in conjunction with another discount or promotion. 24 Months Interest-Free is available for any purchase between $10,000 AUD and $15,000 AUD.

 

  1. Revision Terms and Conditions

Oasis Outdoor Living may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. Your continued use of this Site after a revised set of Terms and Conditions has been posted will constitute acceptance of the revision and the revised Terms and Conditions will govern your access to and use of the Site. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms and Conditions.

 

11. Pool, Spa and Outdoor Expo 2021

  • Available only to WA residents that attend the expo in person across either September 10th or 11th 2021
  • The winner will be drawn on or before September 21st of 2021 and will be contacted on the mobile and email they provide when entering
  • The winner must respond within 3 business days of being informed or the prize will be redrawn
  • Entrants may only enter once per person

 

12. 3rd Birthday Weber BBQ Giveaway

  • Available only to WA residents that attend the Weber 3rd birthday event in person on the 2nd of October at either the Nedlands or Midland store.
  • There are two Weber BBQs to be won for the giveaway. One will be awarded to a participant who entered this giveaway at the Midland store and the other for a participant from the Nedlands store.
  • The winner will be drawn on or before October 13th 2021 and will be contacted via mobile and announced on Facebook.
  • The winner must respond within 3 business days of being informed or the prize will be redrawn
  • Entrants may only enter once per person

 

13. $700 Weber Prize Pack Giveaway March 2022

  • Available only to WA residents that like the Oasis FB page and attend the Oasis store in person between March 23 – 27 at either the Nedlands or Midland store, OR spend more than $50 online at www.oasisoutdoorliving.com.au between March 23 and April 9th 2022.
  • There is one Weber Prize pack to be won (worth $700).
  • The winner will be drawn on or before April 22nd 2022 and will be contacted via email (if provided) and announced on Facebook (if page provided).
  • The winner must respond within 3 business days of being informed or the prize will be redrawn
  • Entrants may only enter once per person

  • 10% off all Weber products (excluding full outdoor kitchens – the discount only applies to the Weber BBQ).
